Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason.

To return an item, email us at julien@cartelcycles.cafe with your order number, then send it back within the following fourteen days to: Cartel – SARL MVMT, 49 rue Victor Hugo, 63110 Beaumont, France. You can also bring it back directly to Cartel, 12 place d'Espagne in Clermont-Ferrand. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We refund you, including standard shipping costs, within fourteen days of your request; we may wait until we have received the item before issuing the refund. The item must come back to us complete and in the condition in which you received it: a component that has been fitted or a bike that has been ridden may be subject to a deduction reflecting its loss of value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made bikes and frames, wheels built to your request, or nutrition products and coffee once opened. Full details are in our terms of sale.
